Red Dot Security · How we monitor your site

AI clears the false alarms. A person checks every real one.

PAZORA watches the cameras already on your site. Shadows, foxes and reflections are filtered out before anyone is woken. Every real alert is checked by a trained operator within minutes, and you get a written report every morning.

PAZORA is Red Dot Security's own monitoring system, run from our own control room.

How it works

From camera to morning report in five steps

  1. Your cameras see something

PAZORA connects to the CCTV you already have. Nothing to rip out.

  2. AI checks it on site

A PAZORA box on your site filters out the things that cause false alarms.

    shadowsanimalsreflections
  3. An operator looks

A trained operator in the Red Dot control room checks every real alert within minutes.

  4. Real? It's escalated

Police or the response you've agreed with us, following a set procedure.

  5. You get a report

A clear written report in the morning: what happened, what we did, with pictures.

Why PAZORA

Fewer false alarms, and a person on every real one

A person always looks

AI does the sorting, not the deciding. Every alert that gets past the filter is seen by a trained operator before anything else happens.

Fewer false alarms

Wildlife, weather and moving shadows are filtered out on site, so real alerts get full attention.

Works with your cameras

We connect to the CCTV already on site. Your recorder keeps recording as it does today.

A record of every night

A written report each morning, with pictures, for your team, your client or your insurer.

A set procedure

Every alert follows the same steps and is logged, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

Built and run by Red Dot

Our own system, not a third-party add-on

PAZORA is designed, installed and run by Red Dot Security. We built it for the sites we look after, so the people who set up the box on your site are the same people who watch the alerts and write your morning report.

It comes as part of Red Dot's monitoring service. There is nothing for you to install, learn or run.
